Applicability of policy
By using the Silence (Living Consumer Products Private Ltd.) exchanges portal and/or submitting a purchase request for products through the portal, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this policy without modification. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from transacting on silenceman.com.
Please be aware that we may update the terms of this policy periodically. Each time you wish to use the portal, we recommend reviewing the policy to ensure you understand the current terms and conditions.

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Once your exchange request is approved by our team, you will receive a notification at your registered email, and our logistics partner will arrange for pick-up within 24-48 hours.
Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier is unable to collect the shipment, you will need to return the item to the warehouse address. Availability of reverse pick-up depends on your area’s pin code.
Once your order is received at the warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. If approved, your exchange request will be processed. The estimated delivery time for all exchanges is between 7-10 working days.
If we cannot fulfill an exchange due to stock unavailability, we will either provide an alternative product or issue a credit note for your next purchase.
Please return your product(s) in the same condition as they were shipped. If items are returned in poor condition or appear worn, we will not process the exchange request.
For any ongoing issues, please email us with your name and order ID at support@silenceman.com. Our support team is available Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and we prioritize resolving all pending queries within 24 hours.
Exchange of Products:
You may initiate an exchange request if:
1. The product does not fit.
2. The product or its packaging is damaged.
3. The product is defective.
4. Parts or accessories are missing.
You can exchange products purchased from us if they meet the following conditions:
- The product has not been worn, cleaned, or altered.
- Brand tags, original packaging, and accessories are intact and undamaged.
- The product has not been modified unless due to a vendor defect.
- The exchange is initiated for the original order and matches our records.
- There are no odors, stains, scratches, or other damages.
- Products sold as a set must be exchanged as a complete set.
- Items should be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in saleable condition.
- We confirm that the product has not become defective or unusable.
Exchanges are facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. Upon receiving an exchange request on silenceman.com and acknowledging it, our partners will contact you to arrange collection of the purchased products.
Silence (Living Consumer Products Private Ltd.) reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the conditions stated above.
